Contact Us can help you with general advice regarding our ticket reimbursement program but not to process or give advice on a claim for you.

Our ticket reimbursement program does not cover you in the event that you want to change the date of the tickets you have already bought. If you wish to do this, please contact the customer service team at the company from which you bought your tickets. 

Please note event/show tickets purchased as Christmas gifts where the recipient is unable to attend is not covered  under the ticket protection policy, may we suggest you contact the online ticket agency and ask if they can change the date for a more appropriate date for you.

Please note if you have not yet received your tickets via post please contact the customer service team at the company you bought your tickets as do not have access to their systems, therefore, are unable to help in this matter.
